Taiwo Adediran (B.Sc., M.E.D.) holds a bachelor's degree in Architecture and a Master's degree in Environmental Design both obtained in the nation's foremost Architectural department at the University of Lagos.

He has 9 years of hands-on experience in residential and commercial design and construction with proficiencies in cost saving building designs, development & manipulation of aesthetics for physical environments, Project Management and Business Development just to mention a few.

His passion for design and build has led to a career in architecture, where he has used his broad construction expertise to create high quality, thoughtfully-crafted projects such as a 52 Unit Terrace development at Ogudu, a 30 Unit Terrace development at Sangotedo, SBJ Oshoffa Memorial School Abule-Egba just to mention a few.

Taiwo is part of the design and creativity department of the company and is currently the Architect/Project Manager at Practical Habitat Limited.

Feyisayo Kayode holds a BSc. in Quantity Surveying from the pioneer University of Lagos, Nigeria. He is result oriented and a go getter with over 6 years’ experience in the real estate and property development industry.

His wealth of experience has made him an expert professionally trained in Construction Costs, Management & Communications. He has worked in the past with various property development companies such as Mutual Benefits Homes & Properties Ltd. and Asset Management Group Ltd. just to mention a few.

Feyisayo Kayode is currently the Quantity Surveyor with Practical Habitat Limited.
