JOB SUMMARY
- To proactively seek out and maximise all revenue opportunities across all market segments of the company. Aim is to exceed revenue targets given, maximise yield and contribute to the achievement of revenue targets.
- Provide support functions to ensure that the business development, operational & management of the executive office is carried out effectively & efficiently.
   
RESPONSIBILITIES
Operational
- Identify new projects through joint venture opportunities with land owners, home owners, outright purchase with favourable terms and conditions to bring in new business opportunities
- Coordinate the management of the sales and marketing functions of the business
- Drive increased revenue and profit to achieve the Company`s ambitious growth
- Planning, writing and implementation of business plans and the penetration of new market opportunities
- Create awareness and updates on company products/services with the use of social media & company website
- Communicate directly with team members on behalf of the CEO
- Support the administration needs of MD/CEO
- Coordinate the schedule of the MD/CEO, prioritizing functions and appointments, ensuring that meetings, deadlines presentations and other duties of the executive office are carried out seamlessly
   
Innovation
- Developing ideas to attract & win necessary stakeholders to create new business opportunities such as market segmentation, value proposition development, technology positioning, pricing strategy, branding strategy, channel strategy and communications strategy
- Provide market feedback to the company regarding industry competitors and generate product development ideas
- Stay abreast on existing & new industry processes, giving feedback to the company on ways to become more visible to clients (contractors/home builders etc.)
   
Leadership
- Ensure all team members are knowledgeable on methods of identifying business opportunities
- Demonstrates positively PHL’s mission, vision, value statements, reputation, code of ethics, standards, policies and procedures internally and throughout the marketplace
   
Relationship
- Develop/maintain business relationships with key stake holders such as co-operative societies/land owners/prospective buyers etc. to give the company a competitive advantage
   
COMPETENCES AND KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Strong negotiation skills
- Ambitious and target focused with a drive to succeed
- Organized, able to respond well to pressure and meeting targets
- Proactive determined business hunter with ability to research and analyse new business opportunities
- Engaging and highly effective interpersonal, communication and presentation skills that cultivate and grow lasting business relationships both internally and externally
   
MINIMUM EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proven track record of successfully pitching for new business & increasing revenue
- Candidate must be bursting with self-confidence, love networking, enjoy presenting and public speaking with a minimum of 2 years’ demonstrable experience in real estate marketing or related field
- Should have excellent knowledge of the market, current media issues, social media & competitor’s behaviours
